Stamford Summer Honey - 100% Local British Honey

Characteristic: Light golden yellow, smooth & runny. Raw and course filtered.   

(Please note as our honey is pure, unheated and unadulterated it is likely to set over time into a semi-solid or solid state. This is sign of purity, quality and a good indicator that it has retained its natural enzymes, minerals, beeswax and pollens.) 

Flavour: Sweet with woody, herbal and floral notes. 

Pollen & Nectar sources: Collected from the English countryside between June - August. Horse chestnuts, white clover, fruit trees such as apples, crabapples, pears, brambles from our native British orchard and wild hedgerows, various herbs including lavender, rosemary, blackthorn, hawthorn & chamomile. 

Country of Origin: 100% British.
